  • Lead a team of 2-3 senior analysts to drive continuous improvements for finance processes, by leading and coaching different types of Six Sigma projects, lean, or kaizen quick-win initiatives
  • Identify root causes and solutions to improve below target performance
  • Initiate the “from good to excellence” concept, explore ways for continuous improvements in terms of cost, quality and speed
  • Build up center wide quality management culture, by organizing different levels of training and activities to enhance process improvements awareness
  • Keep abreast of latest technology and introduce tools to enable process improvement
  • Explore best practices outside of China for translation
  • Lead center wide automation or digital projects, to further enhance operational excellence
  • Coach & train operation team members to explore opportunities for more automated and simplified workflow
  • Liaise with hotel focal points for end-to-end process simplification



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in BPO/shared services operational or functional roles with 2+ years of Six Sigma projects leading & coaching experience
  • Extensive experience in Six Sigma related tools and methodologies, Six Sigma Black Belt certified
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese, strong presentation and coaching skills
  • Able to communicate with different stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Adaptability to changing and fast growing environment
  • ACCA preferred
