My client are a growing Not for Profit organisation based in Swansea that has gone through a period of significant change and are now strengthening the team.

Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join this fantastic organisation as a Senior Management Accountant. Initially on a temporary contract, but there is a high potential that the role could go temp to perm.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation and sit on the Senior Management Team.

The initial temporary contract will;

• Oversee a team of c5 staff and manage their day to day workload.
• Sit on the SMT and develop a new Business Partnering approach to the wider business.
• Develop the Management Reporting in the organisation.
• Drive change across the Finance team and the wider business.
• Oversee production of the Month End Management Accounts
• ad hoc projects as required.

If the role turns permanent then there will be a wider remit to the role.

Profile

The successful candidate will hold full professional membership of ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA.

Excellent Management Accounting skills.

Excellent people management skills.

Ability to demonstrated driving change in an organisation.

Excellent systems skills.

Job Offer

an inital 3 month temporary assignment that may go perm.

Salary c£22-30 per hour (either PAYE/Umbrella or Ltd co)
