• Managing a team of four finance professionals, responsible for business-partnering internal services
• Working on high-level budgets and forecasts with divisional directors
• Building effective working relationships with the executive leadership team and senior leaders
• Driving change programmes and improvement of financial performance

• Be a qualified accountant with significant business-partnering experience
• Have a strategic mindset, with the ability to be hands on when required
