To support the Service Provision Controller and the wider business with accurate periodic reporting delivered in a timely manner, analyse and report on operations performance, manage the accurate invoicing of operations services to customers and support and measure plans to improve to operational efficiency in the pack-house and warehouse.

Description
Key Responsibilities;
Reporting
Produce daily/weekly/period reports for the operations team and work towards automating these reports.
Work with the operations team to improve reports that show performance against KPI's.
Provide analysis and insight with the reporting.
Assist with period end close procedures and board pack reporting.
Service Provision Customer Invoicing
Manage the invoicing process for the services provided by the operation to its internal and external customers.
Ensure that this is done in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreements that are in place.
Investigate and resolve customer queries.
Identify process weaknesses and work with the operations and IT teams to identify practical solutions, produce a specification for the solution and gain sign-off to proceed and implement the solution. Measure the effectiveness of the solution.
Shop Order Administration
Review the previous days shop order data, highlight and discuss anomalies with the operations team. These could relate to the job description verses what actually happened, fruit issues and finished product, packaging consumed or time taken. Check that corrective action is taken to ensure that customers can be automatically charged for the services performed.

Shop order data capture (routing, fruit in and out, labour, packaging, crates)

Standards
Develop a process for approval of new standards.
Work with the operations team to set new standards for shop orders.
Monitor performance against standards and obtain approval for new standards where the existing standard is too easy. If the existing standard appears too difficult to achieve, work with the operations team on ways to improve performance before obtaining approval for a new standard.
Stock
Check the IFS stock report weekly. Identify stock that has not moved since the previous report and check that it still exists and is in good condition.
Perform spot checks on stock, system v physical and physical v system.
Identify any market stock that appears on two consecutive weekly stock reports. Discuss this with the stock controller, as market stock must be sold promptly.
Projects
Support the operations team with efficiency improvements projects (both packhouse & warehouse), ensure that data is captured to record and quantify the efficiency improvement.
Contribute to the process of identifying efficiency opportunities and make suggestions as to how this can be achieved.
Support the operations team with cost reduction projects (both Packhouse & warehouse), ensure that data is captured to record and quantify the cost reduction.
Contribute to the process of identifying cost reduction opportunities and make suggestions as to how this can be achieved.
Support annual budget process and ad hoc re-forecasting.
