Our client based in the City of London if looking for a client implementations and support associate reporting to the the Director of Operations in London, the client Implementations and Support Associate has responsibility for the following functions within the Product and Operations Support Areas, To support all client and project implementations, External and internal Customer Testing support, System Demonstrations where required, Relationship Management with both external and internal stakeholders. Buyer/Supplier technical configuration and file format support. Supplier Master Data support tasks. Reporting. Ad Hoc tasks as required. Work pro-actively and positively with all areas of the business.
1 years plus supporting or managing implementation projects. Experience of working in finanacial services, experience of using SAP or similar ERP system is required
