Goodstart Early Learning Morningside Junction Road is a double centre which caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our two well equipped, well maintained and newly renovated playgrounds include many and varied experiences for the children.

Our experienced and qualified staff are professional and committed to providing the highest quality child care in a "home away from home" environment that is warm, loving and nurturing. Our programs focus on learning through play and incorporate the Early Years Learning Framework.

Currently, Goodstart is looking for a talented and passionate Centre Director for our 120-place centre.

Full time, permanent, 38 hours per week

You will help achieve this by:

• Delivering our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practise;
• Building fantastic relationships with families through daily contact in person and using specialist social media tools;
• Working closely with your Administration Officer to building attendances through community networks, and national attraction programs; and
• Leading a dedicated, passionate and committed centre team of 8 educators across 3 rooms
• Centre is exceeding as per assessment and rating
• Centre is running at an excellent occupancy of XX
