Accounts Payable & Office Clerk duties and responsibilities;
- Checking an preparing stock and general expense invoices
- processing invoices on excel and the internal system
- handling paper based invoices
- Managing supplier relationships across 30 suppliers
- reconciliations
- supplier statements production and reconciliations
- query management
- health and safety duties
- ad hoc administration and office duties
Profile
Accounts Payable & Office Clerk experience and character
- 2 years plus accounts/ Finance experience ideally managing invoicing and reconciliations
- confident being the sole Accounts Payable & Office Clerk with training provided
- personable and sociable to interact daily with the team and suppliers
- good query management and customer service capability
- good team player
- happy mucking in across the office of 50 staff
