This role is looking for someone based between Huntingdon and Cambridge who will muck and get involved in the office and accounts payable administration on a day to day basis

Description

Accounts Payable & Office Clerk duties and responsibilities;

  • Checking an preparing stock and general expense invoices
  • processing invoices on excel and the internal system
  • handling paper based invoices
  • Managing supplier relationships across 30 suppliers
  • reconciliations
  • supplier statements production and reconciliations
  • query management
  • health and safety duties
  • ad hoc administration and office duties

Profile

Accounts Payable & Office Clerk experience and character

  • 2 years plus accounts/ Finance experience ideally managing invoicing and reconciliations
  • confident being the sole Accounts Payable & Office Clerk with training provided
  • personable and sociable to interact daily with the team and suppliers
  • good query management and customer service capability
  • good team player
  • happy mucking in across the office of 50 staff
