My client, a global leader in their field, is a private equity backed media business that has instantly recognisable brands within their vast portfolio. With an international footprint they have offices throughout the world and provide content to millions of consumers every month. Based in their modern office in Hammersmith and Fulham, they have a collaborative and creative culture.

The Finance Manager works closely with senior finance stakeholders as well as the executive board.

Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for:

• Monthly P+L and balance sheet consolidation
• Reviewing the monthly group board pack
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Management of two direct reports
• Assist in the preparation of the statutory accounts
• Liaison for external auditors
• Continually improve processes
• Ad-hoc projects as required

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will be:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience within the media industry would be desirable
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong team player with the ability to manage
• A self starter
