Finance Manager

The Finance manager will be involved in a variety of key accounting tasks for my client and subsidiaries within the group, including being responsible for the financial management, reporting, and control for a number of entities. There will be a focus on Cash flow analysis and and stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Description

The finance manager will have the following responsibilities;

• Statutory accounts preparation

• Prepare, review and provide commentary for management accounts

• Accruals and prepayments

• Quarterly forecast: preparation and commentary

• Annual budget: preparation and commentary

• Credit Control

• Cash forecasts

• Project / contract budgets / proposals

• Year end audit planning / file preparation

• Year end statutory accounts preparation

• Year end tax computations

• Business partnering

• Management of remote finance function

• Staff training and development

• Quarterly international and monthly UK travel

• Develop and maintain good working relationship with company's operational and senior management

Profile

The Finance Manager will likely have the following profile;

• Qualified CA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE

• Proactive, ability to work on your own & as part of the team

• Evidence of excellent planning and organising skills

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing workload priorities

• Excellent communications skills

• Proficient IT Skills

Job Offer

My client is willing to offer a highly competitive package for the successful Finance Manager, including;

• Salary ranging from £38,000 - £43,000

• Pension - 2.5% employee, 7.5% employer
