We are looking to recruit a Finance Manager, who will report into the Managing Director and Sales Director to maintain and control all accounting aspects of the Company, including:
· Management accounts
· Cost accounting
· Cashflow
· Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
· Monthly financial reports
· Payroll
· VAT returns
Daily Duties
· Issue sales invoices
· Process Invoices
· Bank account reconciliations in multiple currencies
· Reconcile expenses & petty cash.
· Manage all stock purchases - liaise with internal departments to ensure orders placed with suppliers are efficient from a manufacturing and cash flow perspective.
Weekly Duties
· To process the payroll for staff, including full time, part time and contract staff
· EPS and FPS submissions to HMRC
· Payroll journal entries
Monthly Duties
· VAT Returns
· EC Sales List Submission
· Intrastat Declaration
· Maintain and reconcile Petty Cash
· Balance Sheet reconciliations (Maintain Asset register, Depreciation Calculations & journal entries to reflect)
· Inventory Reconciliation
· Management Accounting reports
· Produce post-production cost accounting reports
REQUIREMENTS:
Ideally you will have experience within the manufacturing/factory industry
Experience of using Sage 50 Accounts Pro
Strong MS Office Skills, including MS Excel
Part qualified ACCA/CIMA Finance manager or QBE
