About the Company
Our client is a global leading entertainment corporation . They are currently looking for a S.Vice President of Corporate Development to cope with the rapid expansion of their Asia development team.
About the Job
Reporting directly to the Head of Asia Development and will be based in the Hong Kong regional office. You will be responsible for supporting the growth initiatives across the Asia region. As the SVP, you will be looking into the competitive landscape and responsible for financial analysis , market feasibility studies, due diligence, financial modeling etc. You will look into potential M&A, joint venture opportunities and also prepare content in government relations.
Skills and Experiences Required
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 10 years in M&A or consulting or investment banking experience
- Strong 'storytelling' skills able to deal with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English is a must and + 1 Asian language
