Manager, Financial Services Assurance - Asset Management

Responsibilities

Perform detailed review of all documentation for the assigned portfolio of clients
Assist with designing, implementing, and overseeing internal controls and operating procedures
Evaluate the risk involved in each situation and prioritize risk levels appropriately
Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met for the assigned portfolio of clients
Review and assess potential new business including a detailed review of transaction documents
Discuss opportunities with the team and encourage cross-selling
Support and represent the firm at various Business Development and Marketing events as required

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other related financial fields
8 years of relevant experience working with clients in the asset management industry
Able to work independently and highly adaptable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
