Description
As a Part Time Payroll Administrator based from the Woking, Surrey office you will work as part of a team of five you will be working in a busy environment, responsible for end to end weekly and monthly Payroll's
- To accurately calculate and process monies due to employees from timesheets and other methods on computerised Payroll System, Teamspirit.
- Complete information for Government Agencies, e.g. HMRC, RTI, Pension Regulator, DWP as required and within required deadlines.
- To ensure gross payroll costs are charged to the correct cost centres to ensure accurate financial reporting of data
- To resolve employee payroll queries ensuring that high standards of customer service are delivered.
- Processing of Child Support Agency orders, statutory payments and deductions.
- To work closely with the Company's HR team, Managers and Administrators offering a support and advisory service for payroll queries.
- To become familiar with the Collective Bargaining processed in place at the business and gain an understanding of any national or local Trade Union agreements in place.
- Working as part of a Payroll team, providing support and assistance to colleagues as required.
- To ensure payslip processing is completed in a timely manner and sent to appropriate locations
Profile
- Payroll experience is essential
- Computer literate with excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Logical thinking and problem solving ability
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Some experience using a Payroll system
Job Offer
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata, 25 days holiday Pro Rata, Pension Scheme.
Client is ideally looking for someone to do three full days but has said they can be flexible around days and times.
Our client doesnt have parking onsite but are based very close to woking train station
