Accounts Assistant

Your new company Your new company is a well known organisation at the heart of Cork City. They are now looking to take on an experienced Accounts Assistant on permanent basis. Your new role As Accounts Assistant with this organisation you will be reporting to the on site financial controller. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts to trial balance stage for a numbers of entities within this organisation. You will also be responsible for accounts payable and assisting the payroll manager with the processing of payroll for approx 350 employees. What you'll need to succeed You will have prior experience bringing accounts to trial balance stage and be confident to work off your own initiative. Having prior payroll experience is advantageous but not essential for this role. You will be a proactive and self motivated individual. This role is suitable for someone who is currently pursuing Accountancy exams such as ACA, CIMA, CPA or ACCA or for the individual who is not pursing any exams.
