Duties: Deli Experience where possible to know the workings of the area Display and counter displays Up selling and added value Toolkits and Planograms Experience in Sales cold calling to stores Experience training personal both on site and in clusters - this is a vital part of the role. Ordering stock and stock rotation in stores - shelflife etc Tastings Problem solving for stores HACCP Building relationships with stores is vital Organisational skills - with Deli its 26 counties Route plans Trends Experience needed: Deli experience and/or a fresh food department within a store Delivery of training to staff and managers Working knowledge of retail environments Excellent communication skills Be able to work under pressure
