main responsibilities

  • Complete OCR scanning and documentation for supplier invoice independently
  • Verify invoice basic data in system with high quality and efficiency
  • Handle partial daily and monthly VAT filing and deduction tasks to secure the accuracy
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to support team performance

 knowledge/skill

  • Grade 3, bachelor degree;
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred;
  • Good English skill in written;
  • Functional Oral English is preferred;
  • Good computer skill, especially MS office software skill;
  • Down to earth and detailed oriented;
  • Good communication skill and inter-personal skill;
  • Logical thinking and quick learner;

TEC （财务员工报销）
main responsibilities

  • Pre-check and verify TEC claims to make sure daily allowance invoice is correct
  • Collect and register VAT invoice got from co-worker
  • Scan the invoice and attach to the claim for co-worker
  • Deliver the claims to scanning responsible if the claim need to be scanned
  • Provide in-time support team to solve problems for co-worker

knowledge/skill

  • Grade 3, bachelor degree;
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred;
  • Good English skill in written, functional Oral English is preferred;
  • Good computer skill, especially MS office software skill.
