Our client is a large single-family office based in Dubai. They invest across the capital structure (PE, credit), in Europe, the USA, and to a lesser extent Asia. They can do late stage VC, growth, LBOs and typically take large minority stakes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You'll play an active role in supporting the team by making new investments and managing the existing portfolio
- This role will incorporate all aspects of the deal cycle, with significant focus on financial modelling, preparing presentations and market research
- You will work closely with the management teams of portfolio companies
YOUR PROFILE:
- This opportunity would be suitable for an Associate / Senior Associate with a background in investment banking or from within a private equity firm
- Solid financial modelling experience
- A degree from a top-tier university
