Company
Double digit growth international business located in Bristol now seeks to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to work as part of a newly formed Group function. You will be a qualified chartered accountant or equivalent, with relevant post qualified experience in a similarly dynamic business that has experienced rapid growth.
Role
Working alongside the Financial Controller, you will support the production of high quality and robust financial, management and regulatory reporting for the business. Not only will you will be instrumental in the efficient and timely consolidation of the group financial results, you will also be responsible for identifying and supporting 'reporting process improvements’, creating a step-change in effectiveness and efficiency in response to increasing business and regulatory demands. Moreover you will be instrumental in developing and driving a "best in class" close cycle for management reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Carry out monthly consolidation of the Group financial results, including quarterly group reporting and six-monthly note disclosures
- Prepare monthly Group analytical pack for the Group’s Board of Directors and Executive Management Team
- Oversee and review monthly accounting entries and statements for the Group holding company
- Implementing rigorous reviews of balance sheet and contract performance to support the Executive, the Audit Committee and the Board

ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, you will have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and a genuine ability to implement and maintain processes and internal controls.
