Finance Manager - Manchester

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a housing association based in the Manchester area, they are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team on an interim basis

Duties for the Finance Manager will include:

  • Able to lead and manage a finance team able to demonstrate understanding of people needs in relation to achievement of business objectives
  • Oversight of statutory accounts, management accounts, cashflow
  • Experience of closing Financial statements and VAT
  • Responsibility for statutory accounts
  • Controls & compliance, policies & procedures

The successful candidates will be:

  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Able to think creatively and problem solve
  • Someone who works well within a team and can interact at all levels
