Our client, a high integrity and high quality Wealth manager are looking for an enthusiastic, talented IFA administrator to join thier team.

They offer employees a broad range of work, working for great clients, in a friendly office environment, without the commute into central London.

Committed to the delivery of approachable, professional and informed financial advice to a select number of corporate and private clients, they adopt a team based approach to looking after clients, and take great care with employees and clients alike.

They need an enthusiastic, talented financial administrator and the pay range is c £26,500 to £29,500 p/a depending on experience.

They offer the benefits of working in financial services, for City clients, without the commute into central London.

  • Work is varied and busy, and they encourage employees to learn new skills and continue with their professional development and training.
  • Office hours are 9am to 5.30pm.

The office is based in Twickenham, 5 minutes’ walk from the station and there is a public car park next to the office.

Do you have the following skills and attributes?

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Being able to work in an organized and methodical way
  • A positive and 'can do’ attitude
  • IT literate, and good telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use back office systems, such Iress
  • Experience of using platforms, such as Nucleus and Old Mutual
  • Experience of using search tools, such as O&M, Defaqto and Assureweb
  • Client focused, with the ability to provide excellent service to our friendly clients
  • Compliance minded, with a good understanding of the FCA regulatory environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Submitting new business online, and keeping Iress up to date
  • Submitting new business to Nucleus
  • Adding new model portfolios to Financial Express
  • Ensuring that policy information is requested, received and scanned to Volume
  • Liaising with providers to request illustrations
  • Collecting and scanning commission statements
  • Answering the phone
  • Helping the advisers prepare for client meetings
  • Assisting the team with IT, stationery, and general office administration
