Are you an experienced mortgage adviser looking to help first-time buyers looking for a mortgage, or wanting to assist existing homeowners wanting to remortgage, or assisting with their life cover? If so, you have come to the right place as TMP, a market leader in this sector, require a suitably qualified mortgage & protection adviser for their business based in the South East & London area, offering advice and recommendations on the telephone and face to face.

TMP is a successful mortgage broker, specialising in mortgages for affordable housing schemes and works closely with housing associations predominantly based in London, the South of England and more recently in the South West & Midlands area too. These close working relationships enable us to remain at the forefront of the industry and to assist with the development of new products.

Our main expertise lies in finding mortgages for those participating in the government’s affordable housing initiatives which has become a specialist area, and not always adequately covered by many brokers. Not all lenders are prepared to lend in this sector and those that do often treat affordable schemes as 'special cases’, which is why as market leaders we can assist these customers and need quality advisers just like you!

The successful candidates must be CeMAP or equivalent qualified with experience in this demanding sector ideally and in return there is a generous employed package, a vast abundance of leads and full administration support based in head office. You should earn a minimum of £40,000 - 50,000 per annum in this role with uncapped commission.
