We are looking for extraordinary people who are passionate about putting our customers first, to join our Customer Service Advisor team on a fixed term basis in a full time office based role with weekend and evening support. Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, Harvey Norman is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in our Dublin office. YOUR JOB - your tasks will include: Ensuring that Harvey Norman customers are provided with a high quality telephone service at first point of contact, dealing effectively with requests, answering queries, taking responsibility for processing each issue through to a satisfactory conclusion Establish positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery of Customer Service excellence Manage all requests and queries, providing solutions and advice within the agreed service levels to fulfil customer requirements. Handle all queries within the established best practice and department procedures, to the satisfaction of both customer and the business Provide customer support via telephone , email and social media Identify and escalate priority issues and provide follow up support where necessary Process repair requests, service issues and any appropriate after sales follow up action and liase with customers and stores accordingly. Input and maintain accurate, up to date and appropriate computer data and records. Assist with the production and collation of statistical information YOUR PROFILE - your knowledge, skills and experience include: Experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing with enquiries either via telephone, face to face or email Takes personal responsibility for meeting customer needs and resolving issues. Passionate about putting the customer first Must have a can do attitude, a positive approach, be highly driven and self motivated Experience of dealing with customers in a sensitive manner, displays understanding and the ability to respect confidentiality. Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Database systems and competency utilising CRM software system.
