Real Estate Investment analyst

Role will involve working for the senior executive and management team of this high profile firm who have an exceptional track record of success both on the local and international property markets. Roles / Responsibilities: -          Preparing detailed financial models and analysis for large scale commercial and residential real estate developments. -          Carry out detailed investment appraisals for brown field sites with planned mixed use of both commercial and residential developments. -          Working with senior management team and executives on large scale real estate development projects -          Assisting the finance and accounting team with detailed cash flow analysis and budgeting across these real estate development projects. -          Providing both financial analysis and detailed investment analysis on multiple investment projects with Heads of different divisions across the group (Development & Finance). -          Other ad hoc project work as required. Education / Requirements: -          Minimum of three years commercial & residential real estate experience in a financial, accounting or analyst role. -          Must have a strong knowledge and a genuine interest in the Irish and international real estate sectors. -          Must be highly proficient with Excel and have strong financial modelling skills. -          First rate presentation and communication skills a must. -          Strong project management skills with an ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
