Assistant Costing Manager

Job description and responsibilities 1. Company policy compliance and the appropriateness of internal controls and risk management 2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing 3. Work with Operation team to prepare monthly rolling forecast as well as budget; 4. Analyze operating results and work closely with operations team to drive business performance 5. Prepare Coater Profitability Analysis for top management decisions 6. Optimize product margin by professional analysis and closely monitoring with PM and operation action 7. Train and motivate costing team members 8. Other assignments; Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or related fiel. 2. Minimum of 3 years costing & 2 years supervisor experience in industrial MNC. 3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills 4. Proficiency skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint 5.
