Description

Data Analyst Responsibilities:

Maintaining product files across databases including:
o Adding new product codes following specified procedures.
o Effecting price changes.
o Reviewing existing product ranges for correction of data.
o Managing branch specific costs.
o Maintaining company and local basic offers.
o Setting up seasonal offers.
* Dealing with queries including:
o Resolving branch issues via various sources: phone, email.
o Communication with suppliers.
o Dealing with invoice queries involving direct contact with suppliers; tracking credit note requests.

Profile

Data Analyst Requirements:

• Computer literate with a high level of numeracy skills.
• Able to manage several projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal including a confident telephone manner.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
