Chef de Partie - Grand & Marine Hotel We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Chef de Partie at the Grand Hotel, Malahide and the Marine Hotel, Sutton. This is an wonderful time to joins us; our recently relaunched Coast restaurant in the Grand Hotel sets the standard in contemporary dining and is just the beginning of ambitious plans for the exciting future that lies ahead for both properties.
