Night Manager - North Co. Dublin

The Night Manager position will be responsible for the overnight operation and management of the our city centre property.  This is an exciting position, allowing the candidate to become involved in a wide variety of management skills. General responsibilities include the following: * Check-in and welcome experience of late arrival guests * Check-out and billing of early departure guests * Preparation and serving of overnight menu food and beverage requests for guests or early breakfast assistance. * Respond quickly and accurately to all guest enquires. * Handle emergencies such as fire alarms and evacuation system on the overnight shift in addition to first aid in the workplace for employees or guests. * Work in line with Health & Safety regulations conducting fire and safety checks and building audits. * Complete all billing and Night Audit to finalise the day's business tranactions and report to accounts accordingly. * Cash handling transactions for the business. * Management of employees at the end of the late shift and the porter on the overnight shift. * Follow-up with Reception Manager and General Manager on any concerns. * Daily handover with the duty manager at the completion of each shift. * Project work as required.
