Laois, Ireland  Find us on the map Website: www.thekilleshin.com The Killeshin Hotel, Dublin Road, Portlaoise is a Modern 4 Star Hotel and  prides itself on its luxurious bed rooms, fine dining restaurant, bistro & bar, relaxing garden room, conference, leisure club, wedding & event facilities   We are currently looking to recruit a: F&B Assistant The person: We are seeking to recruit an experienced, friendly, out going, organised  and enthusiastic person who has excellent attention to detail, is passionate about people and food and  is dedicated to providing superb guest care.    Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts (including early and late shifts) as well as mid week and weekends. Hours will vary each week depending on business levels.   Job Description: Working as part of the food and beverage team which incorporates the Bar, Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting. Experience: The successful candidate: Must have at least 2 years previous food & beverage service experience in a 4 / 5 star hotel or restaurant Must have excellent communication skills Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage systems Must be able to work as part of a team Must be able to prioritise tasks Must have a customer focused approach to food & beverage service
