We are looking for an experienced Meeting and Events person to join the team here in the hotel. The role is focused in selling the hotel conference & banqueting product and supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager. Key Duties include. Administering and selling all conference and banqueting functions in the hotel. To maximise conference space usage and revenue whilst ensuring that the needs of our customers are met and that the administration of the Department are met. That the administration for both future and historical bookings are accurate and organised, both manually and through the computer system. To liaise and communicatre the correct info to your internal customers. To liase with the Sales & Marketing Manager & Marketing assistant Sales & Catering Opera experience is highly preferential.
