Application Support Analyst
Due to continuous growth we have another exciting opportunity within our Patient Application Support Team. The role will be fundamental in providing Level 2 and 3 support for Critical Patient Support Applications internal to MONASH HEALTH. We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with excellent communications, technical and analytical skills to join our close-knit IT team for an 18 Months Contract Position. Salary Negotiable, based on experience and capability ($70K - $90K range).

About the role
This role will be a contact point to provide Level 2 and 3 support for Critical Patient Support Applications that enable Monash Health clinicians to provide informed and exception care at the bedside. The incumbent will work with internal stakeholders attending status meetings to review open issues as well as foster positive relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and effectively manage client expectations.

Skills and Experience
You will have 3+ years' experience in supporting clinical/non-clinical enterprise wide applications, strong attention to detail, troubleshooting & analysis skills. You will have the ability to prioritize & work within SLA. You have developed communication, stakeholder and vendor management, stakeholder engagement skills as well as strong customer service focus, ability to work with end users at all levels - assisting, advising and training.
Additionally:

• Working knowledge of relational databases including SQL queries, views, triggers and stored procedures
• Working knowledge of HL7 Messaging and application integration
• Relevant tertiary IT qualifications

Desirable:

· Experience working in health

· Experience with Symphony, iPM, Patient Flow Manager

· Experience with call logging systems Infra, JIRA

· Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
