The role
Engage Bupa-wide teams, build relationships and work with a collaborate mindset to ‘own the whole' to deliver great outcomes for our customers, partners, people and business performance with the purpose of optimising adaptability, change capability and culture within ICP (International & Corporate Partnerships).
Your background
You will be inspired and driven by the opportunity to work with a global leader in health care that is on the path towards an exciting transformation.
You will be/have: -
Experienced in the implementation of best practise change methodology across a diverse network
Membership of appropriate business forums desired
Tertiary qualified in Business, HR or related field
