Inbound Customer Service Specialist required for busy customer service division - CBD, PERMANENT $50-$55k+

Your new company
This client, a leader in their industry and successfully renowned for caring about their people, their profession, our society, and our planet. This business is a specialist in their market and renowned nationwide. Their Customer Service division based in they Sydney CBD is seeking x2 new Customer Service Officers immediately.

Your new role
-Inbound call handling from customers and clients
-Outbound follow up calls
-Administration and data entry/logging calls
-Processing orders using SAP
-Dealing with customer enquiries via email, phone and fax.
-Handling a high volume of calls


What you'll need to succeed
-Immaculate customer service and communication skills
-Call centre experience in a high volume environment
-Great analytical skills and attention to detail
-Local experience in Australia, most recently in a customer service capacity
-Articulate well face to face and over the phone
-Be able to handle difficult conversations and customer complaints with ease

What you'll get in return
