Accounting for Business Affairs:


• Prepares, examines, or analyzes accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;


• Maintains and examines the records of all group subsidiaries and their activities;


• Checks and audits the LPO's against the actual receipt and invoices to ensure the accuracy of money amounts, dates and names;


• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies;


• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries;


• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.


Reporting and Analysis:
• Establishes tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts on the ERP system;


• Prints the coversheet of details and signs in before sending it to the finance manager;


• Develops, maintains, and analyzes budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs;


• Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.


Accounts Payable


• Reviews current pending payable transactions;


• Posts all processes on the ERP system;


• Prints and documents transaction from the ERP with Bank slips to be placed in its respective file for records keeping;


Systems and Revenue Management


• Reviews tenant contract issued by the real estate department to ensure the validity and accuracy of its details;


• Posts the process on the ERP system;


• Prints and documents transaction from the ERP with Bank slips to be placed in its respective file for records keeping;
