We are seeking candidates for an exciting career opportunity as the Financial Management Associate who will support EYs growth and profitability. Financial Management Associate The opportunity The Financial Management Associate position gives you the opportunity to become an expert in improving engagement profitability, manage enterprise wide risk and support market development activities. The close cooperation with EY executives gives you the chance to exchange financial experience and business insights together with develop your forecasting and analysis skills. Your key responsibilities The main focus of your role would be monitoring client and engagement economic measures including suggesting pricing strategies, providing budget to actual analysis as well as advising on billing strategy. As FMA, you are expected to execute the following tasks with compliance with the EYs finance and quality policies Perform analysis of inventory balances and assist in the pricing of the engagement Monitor client invoicing and collections and proactively encourages billing and collections best practices Understand and influence stakeholders' awareness of how changes to revenue recognition impact the business Advise how to increase engagement margin and improve our working capital Provide relevant and timely information to your key stakeholders, including gap and trend analysis to effectively influence continuous performance and inform about potential risks Guide Client Serving on effective financial and engagement management aligned to the type and scope of work would be a part of your daily routine Skills and attributes for success You have a minimum of 2 years of recent relevant financial management experience The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a part of your attitude Excellent questioning, commercial and communication skills will be expected in your role You have strong financial understanding and an analytical mindset Fluent in English language, written and spoken.
