Recruitment Notice - Office Coordinator Our client, a specialist distributor in the utilities sector operating across the island of Ireland is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. Anticipating growth, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for driving change in processes and efficiencies across the company and will provide administrative support for all departments. This will be a challenging but rewarding role and would best suit an office Coordinator who has intuition, initiative and creativity along with high levels of organisation and accuracy.  As this company grows, so too will your role. The ideal candidate will have worked in administration in a large company and will understand the importance of reporting. SAP experience is advantageous. Responsibilities Credit Control: Accounts receivable Monthly reporting to Management Generating invoices and chasing debtors Keeping an orderly accounting filing system Uploading relevant information onto SAP Office Management: Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office, operations and adherence to policies & procedures Dealing with suppliers and placing all stationary and equipment orders Manage any facilities issues that arise Front of House reception, greeting all visitors and screening telephone calls Dealing with incoming posts and distributing same Logistics: Manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs Liaise with customers and suppliers Management of all incoming and outbound freight Purchasing: Generate and manage purchase orders Inventory control Requirements 3/ 4 years' experience in a similar role Excellent computer literacy and IT skills Highly developed organisational skills Excellent numerical and analytical skills Commercial and operational acumen For more information on this position please contact PeopleSource on 01 631 6065
