Finance Shared Services Program Manager This role will act as the link between the local Business Units (BUs) in Europe1 and the Finance Shared Service (FSS) team in India To provide governance and oversight to the arrangements between EU1 region and FSS team To develop standard KPIs and reporting and implement processes for regular monitoring with FSS management To act as a support and escalation point for both teams to resolve issues and queries Responsibilities -Own the overall relationship between the FSS and Business Units (BU) within the EU1 Region -Host regular service reviews, on a monthly or quarterly basis as required for the Region -Establish, with FSS leadership team, harmonized weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics and performance reporting -Co-ordinate, review and audit FSS performance and productivity relative to Service Levels/KPIs -Establish and maintain clear and fast escalation paths across the BUs working with the FSS -As operational problems occur, review FSS and BU recovery and resolution processes and work to establish on-going resilience -Drive the overall governance regarding operational support of the FSS including Business Unit level engagement policy & procedures -Ensure alignment of Business Continuity Strategies between the FSS Leadership team and the BUs -Drive and Support FSS Transition Projects with BUs across the region, tracking on-going progress throughout the transitions period both on-shore and in the FSS -Co-ordinate with Local BUs the IT access requests for FSS Personnel to Network, Systems and Applications as needed -As part of Process Re-engineering Projects, work closely with Business Units to co-ordinate FSS participation and delivery in these initiatives -Support and Champion Process Harmonization Activity across FSS and the Region -Create and Sustain an onshore FSS Client Community to support Finance Process Effectiveness and Best Practise Engagement models -On-going management and tracking of FSS capacity utilization, validation on a periodic basis and creation of optimization initiatives which may include further transition/offshoring of processes from Business Unit onshore operations teams -Own the maintenance, version control and change management of the Business Unit Order Forms under the FSS Master Agreement(s) Required Experience: -Experienced Program Manager in a Finance or Finance Shared Services environment -Minimum of 2 years experience implementing and managing off-shore teams, establishing best practise processes between off-shore and on-shore teams -Experience in Project Managing the transition of activities from existing teams to an off-shore or remote team -Experience developing, maintaining and adapting KPIs and metrics for an off-shore team, to support the delivery of critical activities to tight deadlines (e.g. month-end cycle; client requirements) -Experience analysing processes; designing and implementing process efficiencies or harmonisations across multiple teams -Demonstrable experience in leading collaborative teams across different entities, functions, and/or geographies to deliver key business objectives -Hold a third level business degree or appropriate professional qualification -Project Management Qualification (Prince2 Practitioner, CaPM, PMP) would be advantageous -Excellent communication (verbal & written) & interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts across multiple Business Units and in the FSS team. -Skilled team player with ability to influence diverse teams with diverse working styles and approaches including remote or virtual teams -Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and monitoring processes -Laser focus on Quality and Effectiveness of solutions -Solution focused continually driving productivity and process excellence High Personal Impact - polished, highly motivated, proactive, self starter, responsible and highly committed, high attention to detail and accuracy. -Comfortable challenging the ideas of others and building collaborative working relationships Further information on Allianz Care can be found at: https://www.allianzworldwidecare.com/en/about-us/ To apply direct click here
