Client Details
The client is a leading construction, civil engineering and property services company. They have recently moved offices and are looking to expand the finance department.
Description
A successful candidate will be given duties similar to:
- Material invoice processing and allocation
- Labour agency invoice processing and allocation
- Plant invoice processing and allocation
- Processing subcontractor applications
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Reconciling all credit card statements
- Checking and paying creditors monthly
- Generate subcontractors payments weekly
- Allocation of payments
- Raising sales invoices
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Other adhoc finance duties
Profile
A successful candidate will have a similar profile to:
- Studying formal accounting qualification
- Broad finance skills & good sound accounting skills
- Strong Excel
