Description
This role is reporting in to the Transactional Manager.
The duties include:
- Ensure that the billing team efficiently deliver invoices
- Ensure billing systems are operating effectively
- Monitor team KPI's and provide direction
- Manage process of any price amendments
- Liaise with customer to ensure correct information is obtained
- Ensure procedures are implemented alongside company policy
- Liaising with credit control team and advising and clarifying on any issues
- Dealing with queries
- Conducting 1-2-1's
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar type role - essential
- Have supervised a team previously - Essential
- Be an effective problem solver and highly organised - Essential
- Have worked using a finance ERP system previously - Essential
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential
