1. Understand PRC and IFRS financial regulations, financial accounting system as well as modern enterprise management knowledge.
2. Understand the basic business, financial management system and accounting method of nutrient feed additive industry.
3. Grasp the work responsibilities and process of the post.
4. Familiar with the method of budget management system, internal control management system and TP.
