Financial Accountant (Tech Hub)

Working with the Financial Controller and with daily exposure to the Finance Director, you will have a broad role that will cover financial accounting and some financial analysis, as well as a variety of project and ad hoc work as required. ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for all accounting activities, including a timely month end close, periodic balance sheet and income statement reviews and Journal voucher preparation and posting; Ensure all tax, audit, filings, accounting, inter-company transactions and other relevant compliance matters are completed satisfactorily. Business partner with the Financial Controller to support strategic planning and across new revenue streams and geographies. Liaise with Regional Leads and Accounting Hub team to ensure that consistent processes are applied across all regions and that there is consistent treatment of corporate finance policies; Participate and engage in upcoming projects & initiatives. When I qualified I wish there was a job like this for me!" - Head of Finance ABOUT THE PERSON Recently qualified accountant with Big 4 / Top 10 or training in a large multinational environment Very strong academic track record and the smarts to be able to keep pace with a very high performing team. A strong performance rating during training contract, indicating a track-record of exceeding expectations. Ideally this role will suit someone with 0-1.5 years PQE looking for a potentially career defining move...
