Finance Officer

Based at: Radius Housing, Cameron House, 3-7 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ Reference: FO.FIN.03 Hours: 37 hours per week Essential Criteria: 5 GCSEs (minimum Grade C) or equivalent to include English and Maths. A minimum of 3 years' experience(in the last 6 years) in a finance environment operating an IT based financial system. Demonstrable written and oral communication skills with experience in explaining / clarifying technical financial matters to non-finance personnel. Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office to include experience of producing complex spreadsheets as well as word documents.
