Major Tasks
- Perform booking of supplier invoices ensuring all legal and fiscal requirements are met and corporate compliance regulations adhered to (AP)
- Verify all incoming payments and ensure the accuracy of allocation and process daily accounts receivable transactions (AR)
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of daily payment transactions according to standard process documentation (PP)
- Properly identify potential issues and escalate the issue to senior accountant / team leader
- Keep learning global standard destop procedure and ensure daily activity be aligned with it strictly;
- Well aware of PP KPIs and ensure the performance reach Global target;
- Backup other team member during their absent and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader.
- Support external & internal audit and perform ICS controls in his/her own area of responsibility
- Fully support periodic closing
