PAYROLL & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR Our client a successful accounting firm is looking for a Payroll & Accounts Administrator based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm. What do You Need to Have: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts & Payroll environment Experience using ROS Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face Ability to work effectively to ensure critical deadlines are met Numerate with attention to detail Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills Preferably Accounts Technician Qualification, IPASS or equivalent Your Day: Weekly/Monthly Payroll Processing for Portfolio of Clients Dealing with Clients queries via phone / email Bank Reconciliations Managing P45's and New Starters Bookkeeping & administration Preparation of P30 and P35 reports Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns for Irish registered companies If interested please apply with your CV to link or contact Julian Chambers on 01 6991472
