Salary: €40,000 Collection of hours and timesheets from contract staff Collection of changed data from salaried staff Input of monthly  payroll  amendments Processing of monthly  payroll Maintenance of  payroll  system Dealing with new starters & leavers Pay Rates BTW & Travel Tickets administration Holidays/Sick Leave & Bank Holidays Statutory Returns - P45, P30, P35 etc. Headcount Reports BIK Preparation on report and monthly variance reports Cover For General Accountant Reconciliation of monthly control accounts & P and L PnL Charges Budget v's Actual Review PAYE/PRSI Control Holiday Accrual Salary Control Account VHI/Pension Any other payroll related accruals/prepayment accounts Through cross training understand all aspects of the General accountant process and be available should General Accountant be unable to deal with queries.
