Overview The purpose of the position is to provide support to the AS consulting team in the areas of administration, vacancy handling, database management, client and candidate interaction and candidate resourcing. Responsibilities The successful candidate would be involved in the following areas: Database Management Administration Candidate management and generation Linked in management Candidate Screening Drafting of job specifications for web site Reference checking of candidates The successful candidate must have: Have previous years of administrative experience preferably in recruitment/ HR or a finance role An excellent telephone manner and highly professional interpersonal skills Have good keyboard and data processing skills with the ability to work in an accurate and professional manner in a pressurised environment Able to work on own initiative in an organised manner. Able to multi task and prioritise with high attention to detail, and carry tasks through to completion Be flexible within the role in order to provide a professional service to our clients As the candidate will be answer the phone he/she would need to have perfect English Minimum qualification of leaving certificate
