Responsibilities Analyzing store and general office expenses Developing reporting and analysis tools in order to identify problem expenses. Developing forecasting tools in order to project future expense levels based upon changes in operating conditions, cost structures or initiatives. Identify areas of opportunity that through change can result in time savings, complexity reductions, reduced expenses, and or reduced losses, and develop solutions to realize these benefits. Making Electronic Payments via Payroll Archiving/coding of invoices Month End GL Accounting and Preparation of Supporting Schedules Preparation of supporting prepayment file and other occupancy schedules for Month End accounting. Requirements: At least 1 year experience in a similar role. Leaving Certificate and / or relevant Third Level Qualification. Fluent written and verbal English essential Ability to read Nordic languages an advantage Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, ERP Systems (Navision experience desirable), Electronic Payments experience.
