Trade Finance Operations - Hub Processing
- Managing day to day Hub processing for Trade
- Monitoring and managing transactions to meet established service level agreement
- Handling of internal and external customers
- Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task with different Trade Products
- Ability to understand and apply the key controls to mitigate operation/Fraud risk
- Ability to escalate any exceptions (incidents)
- Ability to oversight counterparty processing
- Ability to identify and analyse operations issues and risk areas with recommendations to close gaps in BAU
- Good inter-personal skills & good team spirit
