Global Payroll Lead Based in Ireland with Global travel Kerry Business Services (KBS) is an integral part of the Kerry Group Strategy, a group function created one year ago allowing us to focus on generating demand for our products. This exciting role offers excellent global opportunity within KBS. You would be responsible for managing the design of Payroll Services to our employees and HR partners across the globe. Establishing robust governance, training material, compliance and high-level customer service through appropriate measures. This role also plays a key part in driving Continuous Excellence application in our service delivery as well as the expansion of our service catalogue globally. You will be responsible for: Contribute to and lead the overall Global Payroll strategy to ensure robust governance, compliance and high-level customer service through E2E delivery. Drive the provision of high quality activities processing and transactional processing support in the delivery of global payroll in partnership with the Regional Payroll leads and external service providers. Lead the simplification and standardisation of ways of working and processes based on industry leading practices. Own the relevant process documentation, training material, measures definition, and ensure they are up-to-date and applied by the KBS Payroll Teams across the organization. Champion a customer focused, efficient and cost-effective function with quick turnaround through optimal use of technology, including automation and slick processes. Embed Continuous Excellence practices to engage and empower the teams as part of the process design and definition Act as a change agent to develop and implement any payroll processes or lead change projects. Leads/Champions payroll projects as required. Oversee on-going performance and development of payroll systems including realisation of business case benefits and stakeholder buy-in. Relationship building with all HR Business Partners, Line Managers and KBS leadership team, global and by site. Oversee the provision of data and management information in the format and quality required for the wider HR team and business leaders. Work closely together as a partner with Business HR, Business Finance, Financial Control, Global HR Teams and other internal stakeholders. Knowledge and Business Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in managing a Global Payroll Activities; Previous Experience in deploying HRIS/payroll systems/processes Knowledge of Global Payroll, Payroll Taxes and Accountancy Streamlining processes and month end reporting across countries Transitioning Payrolls, Centralise Payroll Services across regions Knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems Solid fundamentals working with Microsoft applications Knowledge of Successfactors (Employee Central in particular) is a strong advantage Knowledge of Lawson payroll, Kronos and ServiceNow Certified Green Belt (Six Sigma).
