Financial Modelling BA

Our client is a start-up fintech firm with focus on the real estate sector. They are ramping up operations this year and are looking for a strong business analyst to join on a 3 month rolling contract to help with some essentia analysis and modelling work.

The business will be focusing on a number of different product sets, three in paritcular include: equity release, first time buyers and landlord equity release.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Product analysis experience (real estate experience preferred but not essential)
  • Financial modelling
  • Scenario testing
  • Self-starter. This role will require a strong candidate with the ability to work alone and with a team.
  • Strong communication skills

This will be a 3 month initial contract with chance of extension. This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique business at a time of real growth.
