Our client, a leading Professional Services firm in Dublin, are seeking an experienced Assistant Recruitment Manager to join their team in Dublin. This position will provide the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to join an established firm and the chance to gain exposure to a wide range of business lines. Key Responsibilities: Partnering with the business to understand their needs, managing both candidate and business expectations through strong communication Managing 360 recruitment process for professionals across the business area's to create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience Building a strong pipeline of candidates across all levels, local and international, through various direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean and social media Developing creative recruitment solutions and adopting innovative recruitment methods to source and attract talent Preparing status reports outlining the recruitment pipeline for the business and hiring managers Working closely with HR Business Partners, wider recruitment team and the business to build strong relationships Engaging in various networking activities and build strong relationships in the industry Knowledgeable with regards to market and employment trends affecting the recruitment function, current employment legislation and policies Driving continuous improvement, enhancing ways of working across the team Key Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing or HR Knowledge of employment law legislation, particularly visas and immigration law Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a busy in-house or agency recruitment role with proven experience of creating a candidate pipeline through direct sourcing methods Experience recruiting within professional service environment, Financial Services or Tax experience is an advantage Proactive with strong commercial acumen Ability to develop strong authentic working relationships in your network that add real value,  acting as brand ambassador internally for the Recruitment team and externally for the Firm Strong administration skills and attention to detail, consistently producing high quality work A passion for delivering an exceptional level of service If you are a Recruitment Consultant who is keen to develop their career in an inhouse environment, then please contact Jessica at HR Search & Selection.
